Welcome to Saanvi Society Management System. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Service

Saanvi Society Management System provides tools for society billing, collections, expenses, documents, complaints, notices, reports, member portals, and subscription management.

2. User Roles

The platform includes Super Admin, Society Admin, and Member access. Users must only access information and features allowed for their role.

3. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for all activity performed through their accounts.

4. Subscription

Access to society features may depend on an active subscription. If a subscription expires or payment is pending, access may be restricted until renewal.

5. Data Accuracy

Society Admins are responsible for entering correct member, unit, billing, payment, bank, expense, and document details.

6. Payments

The system records payment information entered by authorized users. Actual bank, cheque, UPI, or payment gateway settlement remains subject to the respective provider.

7. Documents

Users must upload only lawful, relevant, and authorized documents. Harmful, false, illegal, or unauthorized content is not allowed.

8. Prohibited Use

  • Do not misuse the system.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not upload malicious files.
  • Do not tamper with records.
  • Do not share login credentials.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but access may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, internet failure, or other technical reasons.

10. Limitation of Liability

Saanvi is a software tool. We are not responsible for disputes between societies and members, incorrect data entered by users, bank delays, or decisions based on incorrect records.

11. Intellectual Property

The software, design, branding, content, and system structure belong to Saanvi Society Management System or its owner.
